The hotel is in a very good location, close to the center of Sofia and all the main sights. The rooms are clean and warm, with little luxury touches such as a chocolate on the pillow every night. The staff are helpful and the owner even picked us up from the airport. The restaurant offers delicious meals at reasonable prices.
One negative aspect was the lack of replenished toiletries, causing us to ration the soap towards the end of our stay.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. the hotel was conveniently located close to tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, and markets, making it easy to explore the city.
There were a couple of negatives. The hallways were hot, making it uncomfortable to navigate through them.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The receptionist gave us a map and explained how to get a ticket for public transportation, making getting around Sofia easy. The location is excellent, right in the center, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of Sofia, within walking distance of the main Vitosha shopping street. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were of good quality.
No major issues, everything was fine.
